Appointment rank may be at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level and to either the tenure track or clinical (non-tenure) track consistent with clinical experience and research interest.

Required Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree (or foreign graduate equivalent)
- Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Iowa
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
- Fellowship trained in Pediatric Otolaryngology
- Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and eligible to hold an appointment in the Veterans Affairs Health Care System
- Applicants must have demonstrated a high level of communication and collaboration
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in the VA Health Care Systems
