Job description:- Setting: Freestanding ER in San Antonio, TX (5 minutes from La Cantera off of I-10, near 1604)
- higher acuity or trauma patients will be stabilized and transferred to nearest main campus hospital or children's hospital
- 13,800 annual volume
- 24 hours of physician coverage
- 12 hours of APP coverage
- 9 ED beds
- CT, x-ray, and ultrasound capabilities, full-service lab, telemetry equipment available
- EMR: Meditech
- Schedule: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- 60-90 days to credential
Required:- Must be ABEM/AOBEM certified and EM-residency trained
- Must have active and unrestricted DEA
- Must have active TX license
- Must have minimum 2 years of EM experience
Compensation:
