An Anesthesiology Physician is responsible for providing anesthesia services across two locations, with a focus on various procedures including endoscopic surgeries and general orthopedic surgeries. The role requires ongoing credentialing, adherence to state DEA regulations, and maintaining current vaccinations, including for COVID-19. A minimum of two years of experience and board certification or eligibility is preferred.

- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Cover 2 locations
- 5 days a week, 8 hour days
- Clinical Information:
- Type of Cases: ENDO = EGS, Colonoscopies, ERCPs, Bronchoscopies
- May also need to cover general, ortho/spine
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Preferred experience level: 2+ years
- Must be board certified or board eligible
