The Registered Nurse (RN) Lead in Family Medicine is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a medical clinic's clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of safe and quality nursing care. This role involves leading the team to maintain an organized and effective clinic environment while providing comprehensive health care services to patients of all ages. The RN Lead must possess strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, alongside the necessary qualifications and leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
- Responsible for monitoring/leading the daily operations of the clinical staff of a medical clinic. Works with the clinical staff to provide safe/quality nursing care and organization of systems to assure a smooth running clinic.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
- The Primary Care teams at Samaritan Health Services offer complete health care for all family members from newborns to seniors through their pediatric, family medicine and internal medicine providers. They encourage and offer preventive care, including annual exams, health screenings and counseling regarding health and lifestyle.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
- Current unencumbered Oregon RN Licensure required.
- One (1) year experience in a specialty clinic or hospital setting required.
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience required.
- Healthcare Provider BLS required.
