Position Type: Full-Time/Contingent
Salary Range: starting salary $147K (depending on experience)
Work Location: Hybrid remote/in-office. (see onsite requirements below)
**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD. Training/tasking may require occasional on-site work at Patuxent River, MD. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.
Essential Functions:
- Plans, implements, upgrades, and monitors security measures for the protection of computer networks and information.
- Ensures appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard digital files and electronic infrastructure.
- Responds to computer security breaches and viruses.
- Reviews Risk Management Framework documentation.
- Prepares documentation related to cybersecurity, including policies, memorandum and standard work procedures.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
- Experience providing information security analysis required.
- At least three (3) years of experience performing work related to the labor category.
- BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, OR has one of the identified Cybersecurity Workforce (CWF) certifications of: CHFI; CCSP; CEH; Cisco Certified CyberOps; CompTIA Security+; CompTIA Cloud+; CompTIA PenTest+; GCED; GFACT; GISF; or FITSP-O-NG required.
Security Clearance:
Active Secret or Interim Secret clearance required. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.
Education:
