The Senior Client Service Specialist is a critical member of the Wealth Management team, dedicated to providing personalized and high-quality service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and with a high level of care. This includes providing client-related support and hospitality and being the first to greet our in-person clients. This is a role in which tasks are conducted under the direction and supervision of the Wealth Management Leadership. This position may also involve working cross-departmentally with other Boulay Departments to accomplish projects and tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
Hospitality
- Oversee Wealth Management reception responsibilities, including greeting visitors, clients, prospective clients, vendors, and delivery personnel. Helps to ensure that guests are made to feel welcome and that all visits are handled with utmost professionalism, tailoring services to meet the specific needs and preferences of each visitor
- Assist with the preparation for Wealth Management client meetings and the coordination of meeting rooms
- Provide client hospitality and serve the hospitality needs of the office, including small colleague gathering meal coordination as needed
Client WOW Experience
- Manage and execute the administration of client gifting and WOW tasks for Wealth Management Advisors
- Track client preferences in CRM
- Manage marketing leads that come in via website or phone calls, gathering data and assigning prospects to appropriate advisor
Administrative
- Help organize Wealth Management team lunches and events as needed
- Organize, sort and triage incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence for the Wealth Management team
- Organize, file, and submit individual expenses for Wealth Management Partners
- Request assistance from team after spending appropriate amount of time on any given problem or issue
- Seek out new projects when workload is light and help when others are overloaded
- Learn and demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality, and the application of professional and Firm standards
- Complete other duties, tasks, or special projects as assigned
The hourly rate for this position is: $26.44 - $38.46. This rate range reflects the anticipated responsibilities and qualifications of a successful candidate for this role. Final compensation may vary depending upon an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skills. - High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of administrative support experience
- Be curious, positive and engaged
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
