You will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks related to payroll, such as data entry, processing payroll, and assisting with payroll-related inquiries. Requirement:
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a payroll-related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Role and responsibility:
- Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including time and attendance information, and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with the preparation of payroll reports and documentation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and other related matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth payroll operations.
