RemX is actively seeking Medical Record Auditors to work on a remote basis. This is a temporary position lasting 3 months, but could go longer and/or permanent with the client.
Title: Medical Records Auditor
Employment Type: 3 month Contract | Potential to go longer or Perm based on Performance and Business Needs
Targeted Start Date: Late February/ Early March
Location: REMOTE – WORK FROM HOME
Salary: $15.00 an hour
Schedule: Hours range from 7am-7pm
Responsibilities:
- Navigate various provider EMR and file systems to retrieve all required elements of a medical chart for patient list
- Meet requirements of Charts Per Hour
- Maintain standards of Confidentiality to safeguard and protect Patient’s Rights and comply with all HIPAA laws
- Respond to emails and requests for information in a timely fashion and meet deadlines

- Must have 2+ years of experience
- Must have exposure to EMR systems and medical records
- Must have at least 6+ months of experience working from home
- Must reside in EST
- Must have high speed internet and a quiet work space
