Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt and helpful assistance.
- Provide detailed information about clinic services, treatment options, and policies to clients.
- Handle and resolve complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Document and maintain client interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth operations and effective patient care.
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, ensuring an efficient booking process and minimizing wait times.
- Adhere to clinic policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Job Type: Full-time/ Part-time (Optional)
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Pay level dependent on candidate's relevant experience/training and work performance.)
Expected hours: 20-40 hours per week.

- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business or healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
