The overall marketing strategy at SWBC Mortgage is to cultivate relationships through numerous marketing efforts.

Essential duties include the following:

Takes marketing requests from the sales field and mortgage departments to develop full-fledged marketing concepts that can be managed from start to finish, including hosting virtual discovery sessions with key stakeholders to gather all requirements needed to complete the request in a timely manner.
Provides support to define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develops comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress. Manages changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Coordinates teams and third parties for the execution of projects. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Ensures projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Meets budgetary objectives and adjusts project constraints based on financial analysis.
Identifies and manages risks and develops mitigations/solutions.
Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Works closely with the appropriate marketing team members to ensure the production and distribution of requests like posters, banners, branch displays, brochures, t-shirts, and other promo items and make sure they get where they need to be and maximize their intended purpose.
Works closely with the appropriate marketing team members to support event planning, marketing material updates, proofreading internal communications and website content updates (Mortgage Corp., Branch and LO levels).
Promptly provides meeting minutes and/or recaps to keep team members and stakeholders informed of important information, decisions, risks and actions.
Develops and/or enhances project related processes and project artifacts.
Drafts marketing SOPs and job aids.
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising or related field from an accredited four-year college or university required.
Minimum of two (3) years of specialized experience in marketing and advertising space.
Advanced familiarity in Workfront project management software, Adobe, and marketing systems.
Knowledge of program structuring and work planning (using tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
Proficient identifying and managing critical paths in projects.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
Proficient in marketing, including promotional, content, brand, digital, social media, email, and event.
Self-starter with high level of initiative and a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
Able to develop strong interpersonal relationships among all cross-functional groups.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Able to be flexible to frequent changes and react quickly.
Able to use basic office equipment, including copy machine, personal computer, and fax.
Able to type 35 WPM.
Able to travel locally or nationally by car or plane.
Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.
Able to stand, stoop, and kneel to file for long periods of time.
Able to push, pull, and lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.
