We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner at an exciting time - we’ve successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised over $70m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY.
WHAT YOU WILL BE GETTING INVOLVED IN
We are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join us during an exciting time in our People growth. At a current global headcount of 150 and a growth plan that will take us to 200 in H1 this year, you will be scaling our team across a variety of roles. Helping ensure we hire, grow and retain the best talent and have a great time along the way!
We are incredibly proud of our candidate experience and are looking for someone who will continue to deliver on this by setting the bar, coaching leaders and team members and driving values-based hiring.
As a growth-stage business, you can expect your role to develop over time. However, some of the types of things you could be getting involved in are:
- Working in partnership with the Chief People Officer in implementing Talent Strategy to ensure we meet the commercial need of the business.
- Developing strong relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure we are one step ahead of hiring needs.
- Building hiring playbooks for each function.
- Mapping hiring processes, delivering recruitment coaching and constantly looking for areas for improvement.
- Partnering with providers to ensure we access the best talent on the market. This doesn’t mean farming out roles to agencies, we want you to find ways to drive talent attraction through platforms, events, networks etc.
- Smoothly handing off hires to our People Partner to ensure an outstanding onboarding process.

HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU:
We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we’re a nimble team that can progress at pace. Here are the stages you can expect, but we might switch up the order of each step depending on team availability:
- We will invite you to a video call with Clare, our Chief People Officer. This call normally lasts 45 minutes via video.
- Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a second video call, this time with our People Partner Rhea. This will be a video call lasting 45 minutes.
- All of our roles will have a small assessment stage. This might be in person, a take-home assessment or further video calls. Length varies; however, we are mindful that you will have your own work to do and, therefore, try to keep it as simple as possible.
- Meet the founders and/or other team members. Again, length varies depending on how many people and whether in person or via video call.
