Provides onsite and remote assistance, support and education to staff working with Members in the field. Assists CLS Lead Coordinator/Tech and Training Specialist in the provision of technical support for DSPs and Life Skills Instructors. Assists CLS Lead Coordinator in ensuring all staff complete agency and program required trainings.
Assists program management team in authorization tracking and billing, timekeeping and attendance, review of progress notes and ISP objectives, upkeep of files and documentation.
Ensures Member-related documents are available, accurate, and current for Community Living Staff and CLS leadership team. The CLS Coordinator organizes Member service documents and forms, consistently transitions them from hard copies to electronic files, and devises an electronic filing system for access by the CLS management team.
The CLS Coordinator collects annual surveys that measure Member satisfaction with services, staff knowledge of Member goals and person-centered planning, and parent satisfaction.
Maintains a case load of up to 15 Members.

Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel, and ability to effectively use Member database and staff scheduling and timekeeping applications.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Access to a vehicle, proof of vehicular insurance, a valid California Driver’s License, and a driving record acceptable to the agency’s insurance carrier are required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
An associate’s degree in psychology, human services or a related field. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience may be substituted for education with the consent of the Chief Executive Officer. At least two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
