Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the delivery of strategic projects and programs across multiple functions within the company. This role involves managing a variety of scrum/operational teams and projects, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technology or related fields, with a proven track record in project and program management.
- Oversee the overall delivery of the program, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Manage multiple scrum/operational teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across all team members and stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships with business/product partners, technology/business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and progress reports.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues and risks throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manage the program budget, including forecasting and tracking of financials.
- Onboard and offboard resources as needed and manage third-party vendor relationships.
- Provide guidance and coaching to Project Managers within the program.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology or a related field, with at least 5 years in project management and 1-2 years in program management.
- Scrum/SAFe or other agile practice certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience managing budgets of $3-5M capex annually.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage global and remote teams, particularly with teams in India and North America.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and gain consensus without direct authority.
