Job Description
Support cross-platform integrations and middleware components for contact center technologies, focusing on telephony integrations, microservices, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage telephony integration support and cross-platform connectivity
- Support microservices in enterprise contact center applications
- Handle cloud platform integrations
- Perform system monitoring and health checks
- Manage L2 ServiceNow tickets
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation
- Support critical enrollment periods (Oct-Jan)
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in technical support/engineering
- 3+ years GCP/AWS experience
- Strong background in middleware and integrations
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Knowledge of CTI technologies
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with change management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Cloud certifications (GCP/AWS) preferred
