The Virtual Administrative Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our organization. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, and facilitating communication among team members, all while maintaining a remote working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize daily administrative tasks, including answering emails, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments.
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems for easy access to documents and information.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and other related administrative tasks.
- Serve as a point of contact for team members and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and milestones, providing updates to the team.
- Manage data entry and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and security of information.
- Support the team with research and special projects as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana).
- Familiarity with video conferencing software (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Knowledge of data management and basic accounting principles.

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role.
