Annual Salary Range $80,151 -$132,249
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrates the advanced knowledge and skills required for specialty nursing.
- Responsible and accountable for the development and application of specialty practice standards, staff development, regulatory compliance and research to enhance the quality of care to the patient and the patient’s family.
- As an advanced practitioner, the Nurse Clinician is essential to the management of complex patient and systems related issues.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in nursing- required for Nurse Clinician Role.
- Pediatric Critical Care Certification (Preferred)
- Pediatric Cardiac Care Experience (Preferred)
- Demonstrated clinical competence and in depth knowledge in specialty area.
- Demonstrated effective leadership, teaching, research and communication skills.
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Upon Hire (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)/ Pediatric Life Support (PALS) certifications required. Instructor experience (Preferred)
