MUST include your New York Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate up front with all Glens Falls Hospital nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of NY in order to staff for temporary needs.Please check the job posting requirements for the 14 panel drug screen and make sure your agency can run this entire panel (within 24hrs of offer acceptance) BEFORE you upload your traveler to this need. Thank you! As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of the following groups for onboarding and clearance.Unit Details: Consist of mainly tele/cardiac patients. # of Beds in unit: 16. RN to Patient ratio: 4:1. Patient Population: Adult - Geriatric. Dress code: any color scrubs. Remote Tele Unit. MUST be able to follow & comfortably meet Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift.
Job Requirements
MUST HAVE EPIC EXPERIENCE - NON-NEGOTIABLE.3 years experience required.Must be comfortable and hit the ground running working Nights.Strong proficiency & experience working on Cardiac/Tele, Med-Tele Units - Required.Previous travel experience: strongly encouraged.Must have telemetry experience.MUST be able to comfortably follow Department expectations to interpret, measure & document cardiac rhythms 2x/shift.Neuro/stroke experience encouraged.Please disclose any previous Glens Falls Hospital (or Albany Med) experience on profile.NO BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED.
