Job Summary:
CPP is seeking a recruitment professional who specializes in identifying and approaching industry-leading talent to fill niche-specific job opportunities.
This position requires the ability to conduct outbound-only search techniques to find top talent within the Medical Aesthetics industry, possessing the qualifications and experience necessary to meet our organization’s goals. Developing a network of passive candidates who are experts in the industry and may not be actively seeking new opportunities is essential.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying Talent: Utilizing various methods to discover qualified candidates for current and future vacancies through outbound recruitment.
- Reaching Out to Candidates: Engaging with potential candidates to build rapport and generate interest in the company.
- Screening Candidates: Conduct initial qualifying screenings and as requested, schedule interviews with the Talent Acquisition Specialist or submit a profile for consideration.
- Managing Candidate Databases: Maintaining candidate databases and using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - Rippling
- Creating Job Postings: Composing job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
- Developing Sourcing Strategies: Formulating a proactive strategy to attract top talent and creating metrics to measure success.
- Networking: Establishing a network of potential candidates through professional associations, industry events, and other communities. Build out CPP LinkedIn presence.
Qualifications:
- Communication: Effective communication fosters positive relationships and enhances the candidate experience.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to match candidates to jobs efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Experience using an ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and various other job boards to perform outreach
