Here’s what you’d do:
The Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and managing candidates while providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
You’d be responsible for:
Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, databases) to identify potential candidates that align with the company’s hiring needs.
Review applications and resumes, assess candidate qualifications, and match them to open positions.
Conduct phone screens and introductory interviews to assess candidate interest, availability, and skill alignment.
Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates throughout the process, and manage interview logistics.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses.
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Assist with crafting job advertisements and promoting job openings on various platforms to attract top talent.
Prepare and present recruitment metrics, reports, and updates to the Talent Acquisition team and leadership.
You might be a good fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred but not required.
Internship or entry-level experience in human resources or recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
