A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform A/R reconciliation and payment application
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of Accounts Receivable invoices into client portals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for billing-related inquiries from clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in NetSuite, particularly in billing and accounts receivable modules
- Knowledge of billing cycles and revenue recognition principles
- Experience in a remote or work-from-home setting
- Bilingual is a plus
- Preferred CST/EST time zone
