Exciting Opportunity: Network Technician Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is seeking a dedicated full-time Network Technician to supervise IT Technicians and support our expanding operations. Qualifications
- Education: Minimum of an associate degree or certificate from a technical school.
- Experience: 2–4 years in managing enterprise networks, systems, and computer hardware.

A Day in the Life of a Network Technician
As a Network Technician, you will:
- Provide day-to-day guidance to IT Technicians, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Serve as an escalation point for technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and solutions for complex challenges.
- Collaborate with other Network Technicians to engineer solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support staff with technical needs and manage projects effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating your team, recognizing individual strengths, and promoting collaboration.
- Teach interpersonal skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication to enhance cross-departmental collaboration.
