Job Description
Our client, a Global Investment Firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to support 2 executives. This is a fantastic company and a great place to work, and it is a hybrid work schedule! Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ years of applicable administrative experience within financial services, must have experience supporting a research, trading or sales team and a Bachelor’s degree is required. He or She should have excellent MS Office Suite skills, a flexible mindset, must be extremely organized, detail and service-oriented, proactive, and a team player. Lots of opportunity to take on more!
Salary depends on experience 140-150K + B
Excellent benefits and paid lunch
Hours are 8-5:30 or 8-6:30 with very little OT outside of hours
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support
Schedule and organize extensive meetings, conference calls, and appointments; create agendas and prepare meeting materials; manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars.
Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
Serve as a gatekeeper for investment professionals
Prepare and process expense reports
Create Excel spreadsheets and prepare PowerPoint presentations
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of applicable EA experience
High proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong attention to detail; extremely detail-oriented
4 year college degree
Must have supported a Public Equity team a research team or a sales and trading team
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Proactive; ability to think ahead
Strong team player with the ability to work independently and take on more
