Job Title: Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:
- Make 50+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
- Send 20-30 personalized emails to potential leads.
- Follow and adapt call scripts to engage prospects.
- Use HubSpot CRM to track and manage interactions with leads.
- Schedule appointments and demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and follow call scripts, adapting as necessary.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and organized.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Education: Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
