Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage All DTC Channels
Oversee all direct-to-consumer channels, including the brand website (Shopify), Amazon storefront, TikTok Shop, and other digital marketplaces. Ensure seamless operations, product listings, and growth across all platforms. - Drive Growth Strategies
Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across all digital channels. Focus on growth driven through content marketing, email marketing (Klaviyo), subscription services, and loyalty programs. - Shopify and E-commerce Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify website, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and conversion rates. Maintain product listings, inventory management, and a seamless customer journey. - Email Marketing & Customer Retention
Lead all email marketing efforts through Klaviyo, focusing on driving conversions, customer retention, and loyalty. Implement segmentation, A/B testing, and automated flows to optimize performance. - Subscription & Loyalty Programs
Develop and implement subscription models and loyalty programs that enhance customer engagement and lifetime value. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure these initiatives align with overall growth goals. - Content-driven Growth
Work with the marketing team to create compelling content that drives traffic, engagement, and sales. Focus on content across email, website, and social channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in communicating the brand story. - Performance Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, AOV, customer lifetime value, and email campaign performance. Use data-driven insights to optimize growth efforts and provide regular reports to the CEO. - Amazon Marketplace Management
Oversee the Amazon marketplace, ensuring optimized product listings, reviews, and competitive pricing. Develop strategies to grow sales and visibility on Amazon. - Innovate on TikTok Shop & Emerging Platforms
Spearhead the growth of the TikTok shop and other emerging platforms. Keep abreast of the latest trends in e-commerce and digital retail to identify new opportunities for expansion. - Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing and social media leads to align initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. - Owner & Doer
Be both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, ready to take ownership of projects while managing the day-to-day responsibilities that drive growth.
- 5+ years of experience managing DTC channels and digital growth, ideally in a start-up or fast-growing environment.
- Proven experience with Shopify and Klaviyo is a must.
- Expertise in scaling e-commerce businesses, particularly with Amazon, direct-to-consumer websites, and email marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in e-commerce tools, data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a "test and learn" approach to experimentation and growth.
- Experience developing and managing content-driven growth strategies, email marketing, subscription services, and loyalty programs.
- Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated. Able to work independently and take initiative in a remote setting.
- Experience with emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop) is a plus.
