Key Responsibilities:
- Receives and processes customer data and distributes to in-house printers
- Performs tax calculations based on customer requirements
- Communicates with customers and assists with their tax and utility data
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years' work experience in customer support, billing, or data entry
- Ability to perform accurate data entry and analysis
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in problem-solving customer issues related to tax data
- Unrestricted ability to work in the United States
