About the Role
An environmental advocate seeks a mid-level animator to create an educational animation about river dam removal and ecological restoration. The project focuses on conveying complex environmental concepts through engaging visuals with a specific artistic direction. This is a remote position with a one-week timeline.
Responsibilities
- Create fluid animations depicting dam removal processes
- Design and animate wildlife elements, particularly salmon
- Illustrate ecological systems and environmental impacts
- Develop transitions between different energy source concepts
- Animate water dynamics and flow patterns
- Strong portfolio demonstrating nature and water animation
- Expertise in environmental or scientific visualization
- Proficiency with animation software
- Experience with fluid and particle animation
