Core Responsibilities
Internal Tools Development
- Design and develop full-stack web applications for lead management, outreach, and campaign tracking.
- Build and maintain seamless integrations between CRMs, email platforms, and automation tools.
- Optimize or replace existing automation workflows with scalable, robust solutions.
- Create intuitive front-end interfaces and reliable backend systems to support team operations.
- Troubleshoot, test, and deploy new features to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Required Background
- Hands-on experience in full-stack development (through internships, personal projects, or coursework).
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Next js or Vue.js).
- Knowledge of backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, or Ruby) and database management (SQL or NoSQL).
- Experience working with APIs and creating integration workflows.
