SETTING:	Mixed settings: Short stay rehab, LTC, OP, IP, occasional HH (rare)
START DATE:	Mid to End of February
GUARANTEE:	CAN Guarantee 40 hours! *Clinic is busy and more than likely will have 40 hours each week
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:	13 Weeks, open to longer
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:	Must have experience, preferably in SNF, IP/OP, Rehab settings
STAFF:	Large therapy team with PTs, OTs, SLPs
EMR:	NetHealth/Optima
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:	Common Treatments/Diagnosis: Ortho, Cardiac, Pulmonary, Neuro Avg Patients/Day: 6-10 Avg New Evals/Week: 5-10 but depends on referrals 80% Productivity "The radius is 30 miles for home care, but this position would not necessarily cover home care, but thought to put it in just in case"
SCHEDULE:	Mon-Fri, no weekends unless they want to work the weekends Can be flexible
