Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, administrative professional to join our Title Services team in our Schaumburg Location.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Log title orders and opens title files.
- Coordinate new order process with remote team.
- Answer department phones.
- Responds to customer service inquiries.
- Arrange pick-up and delivery of closing packages and documents.
- Fax, print, copy and mail documents.
- Perform other general administrative duties assigned by Manager.

Education and/or Experience
- A bachelor degree or at least 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Prior experience at a title insurance company or Real Estate brokerage preferred.
