VadaTech Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our growing team. The HR Generalist plays a vital role in the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth and effective HR operations. This individual will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Conduct orientation sessions and ensure new hires are integrated into the organization effectively.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and mediate conflicts as needed.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure adherence to company policies.
Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Update and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
Performance Management:
- Support managers with employee evaluations, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Facilitate training programs and professional development opportunities.
Payroll and Records Management:
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain confidential employee files and HR databases.
HR Projects and Reporting:
- Participate in or lead HR projects aimed at improving organizational effectiveness.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
- Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred (or commensurate experience)
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Initiative and ability to work independently
- Fluent domain of the English language: ability to read, write and speak English well
Environment:
- This role typically operates in an office setting, with occasional remote work depending on company policy.
