RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for preparing and sending template-style communications to patients, sales reps healthcare providers (HCPs), etc.
Initiate complaint files within 24-48 hours of awareness
Ability to actively listen and accurately capture information in the complaints database without error
Phone/call center experience
Knowledge of medical terminology - plus
Understanding current warranty policies and procedures for company
Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with coordinators on the team
Other duties and projects as requested
Highly organized & Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
De-escalation skills is a MUST
Time management
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years Customer Service Support experience
Ability to work independently under limited supervision and collaboratively with strong interpersonal savviness and organizational ability
Types 40 WPM
Strong written and verbal communication skills including grammar and syntax
Demonstrates strong phone presence
Proven experience in a high-volume customer care role while maintaining positive relationships with customers
Proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Word. Genesys, ECM and Salesforce are a plus
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $17/hour to $22/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
