Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining client relationships through effective customer service
- Identify and evaluate risks for client accounts, escalating concerns as necessary

Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Current P&C license or willingness to obtain required licenses
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
