Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service Representative specializing in Order Management, you’ll be at the heart of our business, ensuring our customers—ranging from leading retailers to service centers—receive top-tier service.
In this role, you will:
Be a Customer Champion: Respond to inquiries with knowledge and care, helping customers find the right solutions.
Drive Success: Handle order processing and data entry with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Keep Things Moving: Assist with forecasting and replenishment, making sure our supply chain runs smoothly.

Requirements
Education and Experience – Hybrid Customer Service Representative
Your Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Proven customer service experience, ideally in a call center or similar environment.
