CNC Machine Operators for their growing team. If you have precision machining experience and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this is the role for you!
Pay: $22 - $31/hr (based on experience)
Shift: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, Monday through Thursday (4-day workweek!)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setup & Operate: Configure and run multi-spindle CNC machines, ensuring high-precision parts meet production standards.
- Tooling Management: Select, inspect, and maintain tooling and materials for optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Quality Assurance: Use precision tools like micrometers and calipers to verify part specifications.
- Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate production logs and machine performance records.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with your team to optimize processes and enhance production quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5 years working with multi-spindle CNC machines or similar equipment (Davenport machine experience is a major plus!).
- Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting and adjustment capabilities.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
- Team Player: Positive attitude with a commitment to team success and continuous improvement.
