Clinical Operations Specialist - Remote
Position Highlights:
The Clinical Operations Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing clinical operations across acquisitions, DeNovos, and existing oral surgery practices. This role involves optimizing clinical areas, conducting routine audits, and driving efficiency improvements. The specialist collaborates with surgeons and clinical teams to integrate EHR processes, manage software transitions, and implement full arch and digital workflow initiatives. With a focus on mentoring team members, monitoring program effectiveness, and supporting leadership goals, this position requires up to 75% travel to Oral Surgery practices across the US and provides opportunities to make a lasting impact on patient experiences and organizational success.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Minimal Weekends.
Travel- Up to 3 out of 4 weeks per month.
Location- Remote | This position is open to U.S. citizens only. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be based within the U.S. during employment.

Required Qualifications:
- Two years of clinical experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time and work a flexible schedule.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- High-level understanding of clinical job functions.
- Ability to implement and manage new software and applications for acquisitions.
- Proven ability to work as part of a comprehensive team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Surgical or dental experience.
- Experience in mentoring and developing clinical team members.
- Expertise in creating training programs for new acquisitions and DeNovos.
- Familiarity with budgeting, operational expenses, and workforce planning.
- Experience in analyzing and evaluating training program effectiveness.
- Knowledge of procurement systems and supply management.
