What You'll Do:
As a Housekeeper, you will ensure every guest room is spotless, organized, and ready for guests. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, replacing linens, and sanitizing surfaces.
Removing dust, debris, and cobwebs to maintain a clean and inviting space.
Ensuring supplies are restocked and storage areas are tidy and organized.
Responding to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner.
Reporting maintenance issues or lost and found items promptly to ensure guests are taken care of.
Operating cleaning equipment and using cleaning supplies safely, following hotel standards and OSHA safety procedures.
Maintaining inventory and ensuring a smooth daily process by preparing carts with necessary supplies.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves working on your feet for long periods, reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with cleaning equipment. You must also be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
Skills & Experience:
While experience is always a plus, we welcome candidates with:
Previous housekeeping or related experience.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and safe chemical handling practices.
A positive attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Education & Language:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be proficient in English communication; fluency in other languages is a plus!
