What We're Looking For:
As a Content Manager, you will be responsible of the company's content strategy and written communications. This role will be responsible for creating high-quality articles, guides, documentation, and marketing copy while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all platforms. The ideal candidate combines exceptional writing abilities with strategic thinking and project management skills to deliver compelling content that engages our audience and drives business objectives.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Create and maintain a content calendar while producing high-quality articles, guides, tutorials, and marketing copy that aligns with our brand voice and business goals
Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify content needs and develop comprehensive content strategies that support various initiatives and campaigns
Support content writing of our knowledge base, help center, and documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and usefulness for our users
Edit and proofread content from other team members, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels
Develop and maintain our content style guide, establishing writing standards and best practices for the entire organization
Track content performance through analytics, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve our content strategy
Coordinate with external content creators, freelancers, and agencies when needed, ensuring all deliverables meet our quality standards and deadlines
Technical background or demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts effectively
Strong analytical mindset with experience using content analytics and SEO tools to measure and optimize content performance
Proven track record of creating successful content strategies and managing editorial calendars
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple content initiatives simultaneously
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
Self-starter mentality with hands-on approach to content creation and optimization
