SSP pays an average of 80% of the monthly premiums per coverage level. We also offer Dental, Vision, and several other voluntary plan coverages.

Our restaurant portfolio in the Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport include: Tap n' Pour, South Plaines, and Hub City Market.

Skills and Requirements:

1 year of cash handling experience
6 months+ of barista experience preferred
Open availability required (including weekends and holidays if applicable)

To be successful as a barista, you need to be thoughtful and passionate about your work. In this role, you are the face of the company and whether you are ringing up drink orders or helping to keep the restaurant clean, you will always have the opportunity to affect our amazing guests in a positive way.
