Senior Operations Specialist
The Senior Operations Specialist is responsible for operational and technical check processing (paper & electronic).
Position Competencies:
Successful incumbent has basic knowledge of accounting principles, good organizational and time management skills, agility, flexibility and adaptability to change, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving.
Position Responsibilities:
Amount and data entry.
Balance, research and resolve reconcilement out of balance conditions.
Research and resolve missing and/or unposted transactions.
Process and reconcile paper and electronic transactions to posting and reconcilement systems.
Prepares various types of items.
Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma
2 years of Ten Key Data Entry
2 years of banking or financial services reconcilement experience
1 years Microsoft Office experience
Work Best Category: Category B - 3-4 days in office on designated days/1-2 days remote
Hours: 6:30am - 3:30pm Monday - Friday
Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
