As an RN Infusion Liaison, I provide essential nursing services focused on infusion therapy for patients in various settings, including hospitals and homes. My primary role involves educating patients transitioning from hospital care, while also delivering direct nursing services as needed. This position requires collaboration with healthcare providers and ensures the delivery of high-quality care in Oregon and southwest Washington.
Description
Provides direct nursing services related to infusion therapy for patients in the hospital, home, clinic, or alternate living site. Primary focus of this position will be to provide education to patients discharging from area hospitals. Secondary responsibilities will be to provide infusion nursing care in the home or clinic. Ongoing care is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with various providers, the patient and/or caregiver, the physician and the payor. These services are provided in the states of Oregon and/or southwest Washington.

Required Qualifications:
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
