CRNA needed in WI for an ongoing locum assignment. The clinician needs to have an active state license or NLC.

Coverage Needed: Feb 7^th, 11^th, 13^th, 26^th, 27^th, 28^th and March 4^th, 7^th, 13^th, 14^th, 21^st, 25^th, 26^th, 27^th
Daily Schedule: 7am-3:30; M-F
Assignment Type: Hospital Wide Coverage; ED, OR, OB
Independent Practitioner Needed
Call Required: No
EMR: Cerner Community Works
