About the Job:
The Informational Systems & Technology department is looking for a Management Analyst (Promotional) with a focus on operational efficiency, financial stewardship, and stakeholder collaboration to support high-impact initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the significant department budget, overseeing hundreds of contracts and RFPs, and leading procurement efforts for IT&S-related items to align with organizational goals. This promotional opportunity is ideal for someone eager to drive meaningful results in a dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and critical-thinking skills, a strong ability to design and refine business processes, and a proven track record of managing budgets and contracts effectively. What You’ll Do:
- Business Planning: Analyze programs and processes, identify effectiveness, conflicting priorities, and vulnerabilities to meet objectives and service targets.
- Process Design: Redesign operational practices, forecast industry trends, and define metrics for business process improvement.
- Strategic Evaluation: Assess decisions for strategic implications, facilitate resolutions, and integrate scenarios and contingencies into business plans.

The Experience You Need to Have**:
- Two years of progressively responsible administrative, operational, budgetary or similar analysis experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
- A degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in business administration, accounting, information systems, or a closely related field.
Preferred Licenses; Certificates; Special Requirements:
- Designation as a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certified Professional Public Buyer (CPPB), Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Supply Management Professional (CSMP), Certified Budget Specialist (CBS), Certified Public Finance Officer (CPFO), and Certified Professional in Public Finance (CPPF).
