About this role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Administrative Business Partner to provide essential support to member of our senior leadership teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in streamlining day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business processes, and contributing to overall team success. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively will make you an integral part of the team.

What you'll be doing:

Calendar & Scheduling Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars for executives or senior leaders, prioritizing meetings and appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring all logistics are arranged efficiently.
Communication & Correspondence: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling emails, calls, and other communications with professionalism and discretion. Draft and proofread emails, memos, and reports as needed.
Travel Coordination: Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate expense reports for executives and team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely processing of reimbursements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support cross-departmental teams by handling administrative tasks, tracking action items, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Foster effective collaboration between departments and stakeholders.

What you’ll have

Experience supporting leaders in a previous role for 2-3 years.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other office tools. Experience with project management and collaboration software (e.g., Asana, Slack, Trello).

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for benefits and equity.
