Two Circles is seeking a versatile storyteller, project coordinator and client manager to fill the role of Producer in our Kansas City office!

Two Circles is a global sports agency that represents some of the world’s biggest sports organizations – including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon and UEFA. We have a team of just over 650 Two Circlers working from nine offices across the world. Our creative approach and innovative ideas separate us; by knowing fans best, we break down the traditional barriers between sports organizations and their customers.

This position will be based within our North American content footprint, which features offices in KC, New York, Miami and Los Angeles. The North American content team specializes in video production, post-production, graphic design, animation, channel management and content strategy. A Two Circles producer is trusted with managing a vision, on a per-project and per-client basis. We're looking for someone with a knack for storytelling, from a blank page to an edit suite. Scriptwriting and interviewing skills are critical. You’ll need to guide the message and tone of project deliverables every step of the way, so the agreed-upon vision is met.

In this role, you'll also juggle project coordination and client management. Thinking on your feet and making quick decisions under pressure is key. We’re looking for someone who is organized and resourceful yet possesses enough charisma and people skills to communicate between clients and teammates in a supportive manner. If you’ve got leadership experience and love working with a team to push things forward, you’ll fit right in. Fluency in Spanish will separate a candidate but isn’t required.

Requirements:

*Vast knowledge of video pre-production, production and post-production

*Strong proficiency with non-linear editing software (preferably Adobe creative suite)

*Strong organizational and time management skills

*Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with others internally and externally

*Ability to think quickly and problem solve in live production settings

Responsibilities:
*Project management and client relations
*Setting up and managing shoots
*Interviewing and assisting with shot direction
*Editing videos with a focus on soundbites and story building
*Brainstorming concepts and ideas with teammates
*Scriptwriting
You will be based in the Kansas City office and travel on a per project basis. This is not a remote position.
