Responsibilities: • Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally upon arrival. • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records using our veterinary software system. • Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing helpful information and addressing inquiries. • Assist with client check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments. • Communicate effectively with veterinarians and support staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient care. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room. • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing inventory.

Requirements: • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in computer systems and experience with veterinary software is a plus. • Compassionate attitude towards animals and their owners. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
