Provides technical and professional services in immunization section.

Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies and procedures relevant to the area of employment. Ability to exercise judgment and discretion. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively.

Strong communication (written and oral) and professional presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

Responsible for working collaboratively with internal program leads including IIS, data modernizing team, and relevant other stakeholders. Ability to give, receive, and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials, and articulate goals and action plans. Does not supervise other staff.

Provide help desk assistance using a health informatic system.

Data modernization, data quality improvement and de-duplication assistance.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

State Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.

Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

Agency Additional Requirements: A bachelor's degree and two (2) years of professional experience as a planner, researcher or statistician.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefers a master's degree in public health, epidemiology, or Health Promotion and Education and two (2) years of experience in managing and working in registry or health informatics.
