GENERAL PURPOSE - Housekeeping Team Members will help lead the resort to the highest standards possible by working with the General Manager and Property Owners to ensure efficient and thorough cleanliness of all resort facilities, including, but not limited to: all resort common buildings, restrooms, laundry rooms, recreation rooms, and rental accommodations. DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • A knack for providing excellent customer service with every interaction. • Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds, bend, squat, and reach. • Experience in high-pressure, short-timeframe cleaning environments. • Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and equipment. • Ability to work independently and as part of a Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service- Must be able to lead and interact with customer/guests and team members in a positive, pleasant, helpful and professional manner at all times. Outstanding customer service is a primary focus of our Property.

Maintain Cleanliness- Work with other Housekeeping Team Members to ensure that all guest areas, including restrooms and laundry facilities, maintain a high level of cleanliness and are properly stocked with supplies.

Maintain Working Order- Ensure facilities and common areas are in working order by resolving simple maintenance issues (i.e. changing lightbulbs), and reporting more complex maintenance repairs to the Facilities/Maintenance Team.

Prepare Rental Accommodations- Ensure rental accommodations are thoroughly cleaned and ‘turned’ according to the schedule of arrivals and departures. Related duties may include laundering linens for rentals.

All Other Tasks as Assigned- given the nature of our industry, it’s not possible to list every duty that pertains to this position herein. All Team Members will be expected to complete other tasks as assigned by their Supervisor.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
