This is an entry level position with plenty of room to grow with Sailfish Brewing Co.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with and learn packaging operations - canning and kegging Help build orders for distribution Cleans and fills kegs Starts Up, Shuts Down, and cleans equipment regularly according to brewery SOPs Operates a forklift as needed (will train and certify) General cleaning duties Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to adhere to safety standards especially with concentrated chemicals Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment in Florida Self-motivated with good time management skills Ability to manage multiple processes at one time Ability to coordinate with other staff and departments according to schedule Ability to effectively communicate with team members throughout the brewery Must have a positive attitude High School Diploma or GED equivalent Physical requirements This position will require moderate to strong physical work at times consisting of frequent standing, moderate to heavy lifting, climbing of ladders and stairs, and maneuvering pallets.
Ability to lift 50lbs and safely maneuver large kegs (165lbs) Ability to work in an non temperature controlled environment.
Hot in the summer and cool in the winter.
