Position Highlights

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
Role Type: 13-week contract; chance to extend

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hospice care to patients in their homes.
Focus on palliative symptom control to enhance patients’ quality of life.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.

Requirements

Active Kentucky (KY) RN License
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Valid Driver’s License & Proof of Insurance
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing
Preferred: Hospice or Home Health experience
