Housekeeper/Laundry

Duties ... - Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel rooms and common areas

Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
Change linens and make beds
Stock and replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items
Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens
Operate laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds)
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with guests and coworkers

Note: This position may involve working weekends, holidays, or evenings based on the needs of the hotel.

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
